Robert T.
Managing Partner

Robert was born and raised in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, home of Parx Racetrack and Casino.  He attended Penn State University and remained in Bensalem where he currently lives with his Wife Bonnie and their two children, Saide and Bobby.  Robert owns multiple businesses in the Philadelphia area.

His interest in horse racing started at an early age where he would ride his bike to Keystone Park (now Parx) to stand at the finish line to watch the horses cross the line.  It would be many years later that he would get a chance to own his own racehorse thanks to his wife who was  formerly the Director of the equestrian program at George School and now runs a successful instruction program at Back Creek Acres in Bensalem.  Horses and competition have been a part of their lives for over 20 years. Robert manages all of the horses for In The Money Racing.  "I have great passion for the sport of horse racing and I am excited about the future of In The Money Racing.  It's a great time to introduce the sport to new people, building relationships while developing the syndicate.  We look forward to growing our brand and winning for many years to come".

Jorge Diaz
Trainer
Parx-Del-Penn

Jorge cut his teeth in the game when he became a hot walker at the age of 16 at Delaware Park.  Soon after he became a groom for a few years before moving to Florida in 2003 to learn how to become an excersise rider.

Mr. Diaz has worked under many trainers throughout the years and learned about horse racing from many different perspectives.  Jorge received his trainers license in 2015 at Delaware Park and started with 2 horses.  Jorge moved his operation to Parx in 2018 where he now trains over 20 horses for multiple owners.

Mr. Diaz still enjoys breezing and working his horses when he has the opportunity.  His hands on approach to the care and  maintenance of the horses does not go unnoticed.

Jorge is closing in on his 100th win with nearly 2,000.000 in earnings.  He is an up and coming trainer with many bright seasons ahead.
